99% of all orders ship same day for in stock items placed before 10am EST on normal business days*.

We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.
All freight and shipping charges are FOB from our Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, warehouses. Free freight is permitted according to Tshirt ideal Terms and Conditions, and according to the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise specified. If additional transport costs were to apply, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment, even in the case of free shipping. Here is a list of additional fees commonly charged to Tshirtideal by carriers: wrong delivery address provided by customer, use of tailgate, wait time at delivery, delivery in a private residence, inside delivery, 2nd delivery attempt, refused delivery or order not picked up at carrier office witting 5 days, then return to us and remote area delivery. Please note this list is non-exhaustive.

Purolator shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the Canada and Us, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
Canada Post shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 2-5 business days.
OTHER DETAILSApparel ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 10am EST. Orders placed after 10am EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday.
We need a little more time to create your amazing, personalized apparel. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days processing time for orders with print or embroidery. For custom timepiece orders, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Once your personalized piece has been created, your order will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout.
